MOLLY BONDELLIO - TRANSFORMATIONAL YOGI
TRANSFORMATIONAL YOGI
I have been a dedicated practitioner of yoga since 2009, and have been teaching since 2014 upon receiving my 200 hour certification, alongside my wife, Linda. It was the benefits of the physical practice that originally brought me to the mat, but the recognition of yoga as a total healing practice that kept me coming back. I firmly believe that there is a style of yoga for everyone and that through a consistent practice, change happens.
I am extremely passionate about the origins and principles of yoga, incorporating meditation, mantra practice and ancient Hindu mythology, among other disciplines, into my teachings. I consider myself a Bhakta (devotional) Yogi, wholly dedicated to the practice of consistent evolution. Yoga is the process of becoming, opening to the balanced energies of giving and receiving, thus leading to a more easeful way of living. In my personal experience, yoga is one of the best tools for integrating other spiritual and soulful practices as it helps us weave, or yoke, all parts of our being together, supporting the work of moving toward wholeness.
JOURNEY WORK
I am also a graduate of the 3 year Ma'at Program (Mystery and Alchemical Training) in the lineage of Metzner's Alchemical Divination process, along with Linda, who also leads and co-facilitates our offerings. As formally trained practitioners and guides of human consciousness, we lead students through ceremonial yogic journeys to help release the layers that we humans accumulate, in both individual and group settings. Through deep intention, this work allows us to become the very best version of ourselves, aligning with our true nature and attuning to both our inner and outer worlds.
Linda and I have been practicing our own healing in journey work since 2009 (Molly) and 2012 (Linda) and will be forever students of the work. Journey has without question allowed us to bring forth and manifest our soul's purpose in this lifetime.

SACRED PATH
The first time I heard Sanskrit (ancient language of yoga) chanting, I knew this was the path for me. In this studio, we honor many lineages and pathways to the divine. Chanting the many names of the gods and goddesses is a way that has brought me to understand my own inner connections to the universe. It’s hard to be a human, but with practice, it is possible to energetically clear our own path and become the very best version of ourselves.
HIGHEST SERVICE
Creating time and space dedicated solely to yourself is the first step to being of the highest service to the ones you love. On the mat, together, we explore what it feels like to allow the physical body to open and relax, directly effecting the energy of the mental and emotional bodies. It’s a way to take control of the environment you live in: your very own body!
